Director of Sales and Marketing

We’re looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Construction Sales Manager to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you’ll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a high-performance team.
You must be comfortable working as both a team player and a coach and possess the skills to produce sales as well as train and motivate a dynamic team towards success. You’ll have the freedom to create and implement strategies that will lead to the continued growth of our organization. Job Responsibilities:

•Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within the Nashville Division.
•Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
•Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
•Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
•Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
•Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
•Create and implement strategic marketing plans.
•Monitor our competition from a product, pricing, and incentive prospective.
•Conduct weekly sales meetings.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

•Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
•Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
•Track record of superior performance skills.
•Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on sales contracts
•Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration or related field
•5 + years of sales experience in the new construction industry
•4 + years of team management experience
